The Hard Work of Justice – Chief Judge Roger L. Gregory

W&L Law will host the annual MLK Day Speaker on January 21st to highlight principles for which Dr. King advocated from the perspective of a member of the legal profession. This year’s speaker is Chief Judge Roger L. Gregory of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Judge Gregory is the first African American to sit on the United States Court Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is also the only person in the history of the United States to be appointed to the US Court of Appeals by two presidents of different political parties (Bill Clinton and George W. Bush). His talk is entitled, “The Hard Work of Justice.”
